Summer Car Care Tips
The summer is a beautiful season to be driving in. The two elements to be concerned with are heat and bugs. If left unattended, they can be just as detrimental to your paint as salt and snow.
Start with another full detail. A vehicle should be waxed four times per year at least. The more you drive the more wax you need.
Regularly wash the vehicle to remove bugs and road tar before they set in. Tar can actually stain the clear coat of your vehicle if left unattended.
Avoid parking under trees. They have been known to drop unpleasant items onto your paint such as sap, bugs, leaves, acorns, etc.
If you do not do so regularly, check your tire pressure again. Summer road heat can cause a blow out to an under inflated tire.
Keep the inside windows clean to keep them from fogging up during the cool summer nights.
